1. Acceptance of Terms

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with jili3. The creation or use of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of all associated accounts, forfeiture of funds, and cancellation of any winnings or bonuses. jili3 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and reserves the right to take appropriate action against any User found to be in violation of this provision.

2.3 Verification and Know Your Customer (KYC)

You agree to ensure that you completely log out from your account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the Service from shared or public computers. jili3 cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security practices.

jili3 reserves the right to monitor all account activity for security purposes and to detect potentially fraudulent or suspicious behavior. We may temporarily suspend or restrict account access if unusual activity is detected while we investigate. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the suspension and the reasons therefore, subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions that may apply.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

jili3 supports various deposit methods convenient for Filipino players, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other payment solutions made available on the platform from time to time. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and may vary depending on the payment method selected.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your jili3 account are from legitimate sources and belong to you. You agree not to use the Service for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. jili3 reserves the right to refuse any deposit that we suspect may be related to fraudulent or illegal activity and to report such activity to appropriate authorities.

4.2 Payment Processing Fees

jili3 does not charge fees for deposits made through supported payment methods. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, PayMaya, banks) may charge transaction fees according to their own terms and conditions. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors. It is your responsibility to review and understand the fee structure of your chosen payment method before making a deposit.

4.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions on the jili3 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the exchange rate determined by our payment processor at the time of transaction. Exchange rates fluctuate and may result in variations between the amount you initiate and the amount credited to your account. jili3 is not responsible for any losses resulting from currency conversion or exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Withdrawals and Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request withdrawal of funds from your jili3 account at any time, subject to completion of the verification process described in Section 2.3 and compliance with all applicable bonus terms and wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, typically within two (2) to six (6) hours, although processing times may vary depending on the withdrawal method selected and any additional verification requirements.

5.3 Inactive Account Policy

If your jili3 account remains inactive (no login or gameplay activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. We reserve the right to charge a monthly administrative fee on dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs. You will be notified via email before any fees are assessed. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact customer support.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

All gaming on the jili3 platform is governed by the specific rules applicable to each game, which are available within the game interface or upon request from customer support. You agree to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of the rules and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion with other players, or any strategy designed to exploit bonuses, is strictly prohibited and will result in confiscation of bonuses, cancellation of winnings, and account closure.

jili3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are non-withdrawable and serve only to generate winnings that may be withdrawn after fulfilling all applicable wagering requirements.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the jili3 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of jili3 or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the jili3 platform without prior written consent from jili3, except as incidentally necessary for normal use of the Service through a standard web browser.

The jili3 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of jili3 or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without prior written permission from jili3. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Service are the trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the jili3 Service:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts registered in names other than your own
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or other software to access the Service or place wagers
• Colluding with other players, engaging in chip dumping, or any other form of cheating or fraudulent activity
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the software or platform for personal gain

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities. jili3 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations and to take all appropriate legal action.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension and Termination by jili3

jili3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Service for any reason, including but not limited to: (1) violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation; (2) suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (3) failure to provide requested verification documents; (4) prolonged account inactivity; or (5) at our sole discretion for any other reason we deem appropriate.

In the event of account termination for cause, jili3 may confiscate any remaining balance in your account, cancel any pending withdrawals, and void any outstanding bets. If your account is closed for reasons not related to a violation of these Terms, any remaining balance will be returned to you following completion of any necessary verification procedures, subject to applicable withdrawal fees and minimum balance requirements.

10.2 Self-Exclusion and Account Closure by User

You may close your jili3 account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, we also offer self-exclusion options that allow you to voluntarily exclude yourself from the Service for specified periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion.

Upon account closure or self-exclusion, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you following verification procedures, provided you are in compliance with these Terms. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account or place any wagers. jili3 will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from creating new accounts during your self-exclusion period, but you acknowledge that you are ultimately responsible for not attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JILI3, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (1) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (2) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (3) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (4) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL JILI3'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO JILI3 IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. JILI3 MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JILI3 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights. The limitations and exclusions in this section apply only to the extent permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jili3 customer support. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, you and jili3 agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or another mutually agreed upon arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines, unless both parties agree to another location. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU AND JILI3 EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO FILE A CLASS ACTION OR SEEK RELIEF ON A CLASS BASIS.

12.4 Time Limitation on Claims

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its intent. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

13.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by jili3 on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and jili3 concerning your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof.

13.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of jili3. jili3 may freely assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations hereunder without restriction. Any attempted assignment, transfer, or delegation in violation of this section shall be null and void.

13.4 Waiver

No waiver by jili3 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by jili3 to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.5 Force Majeure

jili3 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
